Soccer Recap: Wilson Plays to a Tie

It was a proper cat-fight when Wilson took on Adams on Wednesday. Neither the Wilson Wildcats nor the Adams Cougars could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The outcome might've been different if Kate Peters hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited her ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Wilson's draw gives them a new season record of 2-3-2. As for Adams, they moved theirs to 2-1-1.

Wilson will head out on the road to take on North Mesquite at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Adams, they will take on West Mesquite at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Adams is facing West Mesquite at the right time seeing as West Mesquite is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
