If Lynn was riding high fresh off their 8-1 takedown of Meek last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears came up short against the Hackleburg Panthers on Tuesday, falling 22-3. The Bears' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Lynn saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Molly Pate, who scored two runs while going 1-for-4.

Lynn's loss dropped their record down to 11-6-2. As for Hackleburg, their record now sits at 18-7.

While Lynn had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
