Minooka entered their tilt with Timothy Christian on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Trojans.

Connor Latta paced Minooka's offense, picking up 13 kills. Latta got some help from Nicholas Boyce and his 18 assists.

Minooka's win bumped their record up to 14-16. As for Timothy Christian, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 19-12.

Looking ahead, Minooka will be playing in front of their home fans against Plainfield Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Timothy Christian, they will head out to square off against Chicago Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
