Softball Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

Heritage fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against JW North on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 9-7. The Patriots just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Natalia York was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-5 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Autyana Cisneros, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for JW North, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-10.

As of now, neither Heritage nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
