Volleyball Recap: Columbia Takes a Loss

Columbia lost against Granger on October 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Coyotes came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0. The Coyotes' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

While Columbia was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Granger's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-18, 25-21.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Granger, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-8.

Columbia has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against River View on the 23rd. As for Granger, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Warden on the 23rd.
