New England entered their tilt with Baker on Saturday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2017.

Emma Olsonawski paced New England's offense, picking up six kills. Olsonawski got some help from Carly Wolf and her six assists. Ayrison Magelky controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

New England's victory bumped their record up to 16-5-2. As for Baker, their loss dropped their record down to 15-4.

New England didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Wilton on the 27th. As for Baker, they will take on Lame Deer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
