Volleyball Recap: The Meadows School Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins on the Road + How To Watch

The Meadows School dropped to 19-7 on Thursday, ending the team's five-match streak of wins on the road. They fell just short of the Pahrump Valley Trojans by a score of 3-2. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

The Meadows School's offense was headlined by Kerrigan Falb and Martina Bilak, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Piper Kennedy and her 30 assists. Bilak was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

As for Pahrump Valley, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-17. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since August 30th.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pahrump Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Myah Krolczyk, who had six digs and five aces. Those six digs gave Krolczyk a new career-high.

The Meadows School has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Foothill on the 20th. As for Pahrump Valley, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Moapa Valley at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th.
