Softball Recap: Ozark Beats County Line for Their Fourth Straight Victory

While Ozark didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the County Line Indians on Thursday as the Ozark Hillbillies made off with a 13-7 victory. Considering the Hillbillies have won three games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 7.8 runs. As for County Line, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ozark will square off against Cedarville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for County Line, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will square off against Mulberry at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give County Line their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
