Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ankeny). They breezed by the Urbandale J-Hawks to the tune of 79-36 on Friday. The Hawks have beaten the J-Hawks the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the J-Hawks has come to flipping the script.

Ankeny's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Urbandale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.

Coming up, Ankeny will challenge Dowling Catholic at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Dowling Catholic knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Ankeny likes a good challenge. As for Urbandale, they will face off against Southeast Polk at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
