Baseball Recap: Brewster Comes Up Short

If Brewster was riding high fresh off their 12-6 takedown of Hendrick Hudson last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears lost 11-1 to the Arlington Admirals on Monday.

Brewster dropped their record down to 1-2 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Arlington, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brewster will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lakeland at 4:30 p.m. on May 6. As for Arlington, they will square off against North Rockland at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
