Volleyball Recap: Temecula Prep Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Temecula Prep had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Liberty Bison, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Patriots have suffered since September 5, 2024.

While Temecula Prep was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Liberty's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-22, 26-24.

Coming up, Temecula Prep will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Cornerstone Christian at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on West Valley at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
