Basketball Game Preview: Hampton County Hurricanes vs. North Charleston Cougars

The Hampton County Hurricanes will head out to face off against the North Charleston Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hampton County is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 51-42 to Colleton County last Friday.

Meanwhile, North Charleston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by Burke 73-20. The Cougars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-8.

North Charleston's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Hampton County, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.
