There's no place like home for Piqua, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Stebbins on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for Piqua in their matchups with Stebbins: they've now won five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11, 25-17.

Riley Baker paced Piqua's offense, picking up eight kills. Baker got some help from Abigail Kirk and her 18 assists. Kirk was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Piqua now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Stebbins, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Piqua will welcome West Carrollton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Stebbins, they will host Sidney at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
