Baseball Recap: Bethlehem Takes a Loss

Bethlehem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 11-7 to the Laurel Hill Hoboes. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Bethlehem saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kolton Amerson, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Bethlehem's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Laurel Hill, with the win, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-11.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Bethlehem beat the Hoboes by a score of 9-8 later that day.
