Basketball Recap: Klamath Union Takes a Loss

Klamath Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Henley Hornets 55-21. While losing is never fun, the Pelicans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Hornets are ranked ninth).

Klamath Union's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Henley, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 20-2.

Klamath Union didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 46-40 win against Hidden Valley on the 12th. As for Henley, they will face off against Phoenix at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Henley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
