Basketball Recap: Gore Piles Up the Points Against Gans

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central, Gore was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 55-12 victory over the Gans Grizzlies. The match marked the Pirates' most dominant win of the season so far.

Gore's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. As for Gans, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gore will head out to face off against Webbers Falls at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Webbers Falls will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Gore surely won't give up without a fight. As for Gans, they will venture away from home to square off against McCurtain at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
