Cameron Odom of Cottondale is the Florida High School Football Player of the Week

Junior running back went over 250 yards on the ground with five TDs in win over Vernon.
After receiving more than 21,000 votes,
Cameron Odom of
Cottondale has earned MaxPreps Florida High School Football Player of
the Week honors.
Odom, a junior running back, rushed for 259 yards and five touchdowns on 14 carries in a 56-14 triumph over Vernon. For the season, the three-sport athlete has put up over 1,100 yards on the ground and 22 touchdowns. He has also thrown for nearly 700 yards and 11 scores.

North Florida Christian (Tallahassee): Senior quarterback completed 22 of 32 pass attempts for 483
yards and five touchdowns and also carried 13 times for 252 rushing
yards and an additional touchdown in a 63-26 victory over Munroe
(Quincy, Fla.).

Cayden Thomas, Mitchell: Senior quarterback connected on 15 of 24 pass
attempts for 428 yards and six touchdowns in a 62-6 victory over Sunlake
(Land O' Lakes).

Romelo Ware,
Olympia (Orlando): Senior running back amassed 303 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 26 carries in a 34-20 win over West Orange (Winter Garden).
