Bloomfield Hills lost to Lake Orion two weeks ago, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Black Hawks walked away with a 2-0 win over the Dragons.

Bloomfield Hills easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-13.

Among those leading the charge was Alyssa Moir, who had seven digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.

They weren't the only good servers: Bloomfield Hills was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lake Orion only served three.

Lake Orion's loss came despite strong showings from Mckenzie Reid and Caitrin O'Rourke. Reid had seven digs and four assists, while O'Rourke had eight assists and seven digs.

Bloomfield Hills' victory bumped their record up to 34-5. As for Lake Orion, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-22-1.

Bloomfield Hills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Traverse City West on the 25th. As for Lake Orion, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lowell on the 25th.
