Volleyball Recap: Bell Takes a Loss

Bell was the 3-1 winner over Legacy when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-1 to the Tigers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Legacy scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 20-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Bell's record now sits at 6-5. As for Legacy, with the win, they broke their six-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-11.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bell is set to face off against their familiar foe Garfield at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Legacy will square off against rival South Gate at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
