Basketball Recap: Aurora Christian Comes Up Short

Aurora Christian was the 67-50 winner over Lutheran when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Aurora Christian Eagles took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lutheran Crusaders on Tuesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aurora Christian's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aurora Christian will challenge Plano at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lutheran, they will be playing at home against Rockford Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lutheran is facing Rockford Christian at the right time seeing as Rockford Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
