Soccer Recap: Yazoo County Comes Up Short

Yazoo County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Pisgah Dragons, falling 7-0. Yazoo County were not able to make up for their loss to Pisgah from their previous meeting back in December of 2024.

Yazoo County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Pisgah, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yazoo County will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pisgah, they will welcome Pelahatchie at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
