It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Sugar Creek Christian Academy Eagles duke it out with the Tri-State HomeSchool Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Monday... Sugar Creek Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.3 points per game this season.

On Saturday, Sugar Creek Christian Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 77-71 to Ross County Christian Academy.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Will Salyers, who posted 19 points. The match was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Samuel Wheeler, who scored 16 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, Tri-State HomeSchool had to kick off their season on the road back in December of 2024, but they showed no ill effects. They escaped with a win against Ripley Christian Academy by the margin of a single free throw, 1-0.

Sugar Creek Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Tri-State HomeSchool, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
