Volleyball Recap: Bigfork Comes Up Short

Bigfork managed to slip by North Woods the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Huskies came up short against the grizzlies on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Huskies just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-10, 25-7.

Bigfork's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for North Woods, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bigfork will challenge rival Littlefork-Big Falls at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, North Woods is set to take on their familiar foe Mesabi East at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
