Basketball Game Preview: Field Falcons vs. North Vikings

The Field Falcons will square off against the North Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Field is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Streetsboro on Friday. Field lost to Streetsboro on the road by a 51-33 margin. The Falcons were up 20-6 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Meanwhile, North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 67-48 to Collinwood.

Field has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for North, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-17.

Field strolled past North in their previous matchup back in December of 2015 by a score of 87-69. The rematch might be a little tougher for Field since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
