Flag Football Game Preview: Skyline Coyotes vs. Mountain View Toros + Official Tickets

The Skyline Coyotes will square off against the Mountain View Toros at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Skyline has given up an average of 34.4 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Skyline's offense might be in the hot seat on Tuesday considering what happened against Red Mountain on Wednesday. They were beaten by the Mountain Lions 44-0. The loss continues a trend for the Coyotes in their meetings with the Mountain Lions: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Mountain View never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past Westwood 58-0. The result was nothing new for the Toros, who have now won seven games by 28 points or more so far this season.

Skyline better keep an eye on EMMA FISCHBECK. She was instrumental in Mountain View's win, picking up 82 receiving yards and three TDs, while also rushing for 56 yards and one touchdown. BROOKE WHITING was in the mix too, providing the Toros with two scores.

Mountain View is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.1 points on average over those games. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

Skyline came up short against Mountain View when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 14-6. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Toros' TIERAH METCALF, who rushed for 87 yards and one TD on only eight carries, and also threw for 202 yards and one touchdown.
