Basketball Recap: Lutheran Takes a Loss

Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were outmatched by the Summit Christian Academy Eagles and fell 46-12. The match marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Summit Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Lutheran will square off against Plaza Heights Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st. Summit Christian Academy has already played their next matchup, a 61-34 victory against Midway on the 14th.
