Football Recap: Munising Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Munising was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the St. Ignace Saints, falling 56-8. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Saints apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Munising's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for St. Ignace, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Munising will face off against Newberry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Ignace, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Ishpeming at 1:00 p.m. on October 11.
