Basketball Recap: Iowa-Grant Takes a Loss

Iowa-Grant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 63-24 defeat at the hands of the Darlington Redbirds. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Redbirds apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Iowa-Grant's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Darlington, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.

Iowa-Grant will head out on the road to take on Riverdale at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Darlington will take on Fennimore in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
