Basketball Recap: Trinity Christian Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Trinity Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They snuck past the Liberty Christian Warriors with a 72-66 win on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Warriors back in January, they had to take a 71-53 defeat.

Liberty Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Max Hinds, who posted 17 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Easton Hupp, who went 7 of 10 on his way to 23 points.

Trinity Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-14. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.0 points over those games. As for Liberty Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 18-17.
