Baseball Game Preview: Ripley Tigers vs. Shannon Red Raiders

For the second straight game, Ripley will face off against Shannon. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Red Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Ripley turned things around against Shannon on Tuesday. They blew past the Red Raiders 11-3. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Tigers' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

For Shannon's part, Judon Harris was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Harris has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Ripley now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Shannon, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-16.
