Volleyball Recap: Mead Mavericks vs. Horizon Hawks
Mead won the last time they faced Horizon and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mavericks came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mavericks.
Mead had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-19, 25-16, 25-18.
