Ridgewood took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Regina Dominican Panthers. The Rebels were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Panthers, so the Rebels were just returning the favor.

While Ridgewood won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21.

Coming up, Ridgewood will be taking part in a tournament against Proviso East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Regina Dominican, they will challenge Schaumburg Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
