Volleyball Recap: Reagan's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Reagan had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Divine Savior Academy Sharks with a sharp 3-0 win.

Reagan's got stronger as the match went on, holding Divine Savior Academy to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 25-20.

Yeison Gonzalez paced Reagan's offense, picking up 14 kills. Gonzalez got some help from Diego Requena and his 23 assists. Gonzalez was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Reagan's victory bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Divine Savior Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-6 record.

Looking ahead, Reagan will face off against JC Bermudez Doral at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Divine Savior Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
