On Friday Lindsey Lundy pitched four innings while giving up four earned (and four unearned) runs off only two hits. The performance marked the fewest hits Lundy has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with more than five strikeouts. On the season, she has an ERA of 4.24 over 38 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Lundy and Louisburg will head out to square off against Vance County at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
