Soccer Game Preview: Lutcher vs. Destrehan

The Lutcher Bulldogs and the Destrehan Wildcats will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Lutcher came up short against East Ascension on Monday, falling 5-1. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Destrehan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Rebels 5-1. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by four goals or more this season.

Destrehan now has a winning record of 4-3-4. As for Lutcher, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1.
