Baseball Recap: Orangeburg Prep's Loss Ends Eight-Game Winning Streak at Home

Orangeburg Prep and Hilton Head Prep squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Orangeburg Prep had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Dolphins by a score of 5-3. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dolphins earlier this season, when they won 6-5.

Orangeburg Prep saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eli Pantaleon, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Orangeburg Prep's defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 27-5. As for Hilton Head Prep, their record now sits at 29-3.

As of now, neither Orangeburg Prep nor the Dolphins have any future games scheduled.
