Kennard-Dale entered their tilt with Susquehannock on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Warriors a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Rams have won three matchups by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Noah Hoffer and Micah Smith did most of the damage at the plate: Hoffer scored a run and stole four bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances, while Smith scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Those four stolen bases gave Hoffer a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Chenoweth, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Kennard-Dale always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .621. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Kennard-Dale's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Susquehannock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Kennard-Dale will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against New Oxford at 4:15 p.m. As for Susquehannock, they will head out on the road to face off against Dover at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
