Rampart entered their tilt with Pueblo West on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Pueblo West Cyclones by a score of 72-59. This was payback for the Rams, who suffered a 67-49 loss the last time these two teams met.

Rampart's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isaiah Melecio, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten rebounds. Melecio is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 43% in the last four games he's played. Elias Bishop was another key player, going 8-for-11 to rack up 19 points and six boards.

Pueblo West lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Andrew Trujillo, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 15 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Hunter Vertovec, who went 5-for-9 en route to 11 points.

Rampart's record now sits at 10-6. As for Pueblo West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.

Rampart has already played their next contest, a 71-57 defeat against Liberty on the 6th. As for Pueblo West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 64-54 win against Doherty on the 6th.
