Teague dropped their record down to 15-8 on Saturday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Centerville Tigers, falling 10-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Lions have suffered since February 17th.

As for Centerville, their victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-2-1. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by seven runs or more this season.

For Centerville's part, the team relied heavily on Jake Gray, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and one RBI. Those three runs gave Gray a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jacob Brooke, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.

Teague does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Centerville, they will face off against Franklin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Tigers 2.1, the Lions 3) so any runs scored will be well earned.
