Basketball Recap: Anacortes Takes a Loss

Anacortes lost against Squalicum back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Anacortes Seahawks fell just short of the Squalicum Storm by a score of 38-35. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Seahawks have suffered against the Storm since January 22, 2015.

Anacortes' defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Squalicum, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Anacortes nor Squalicum have any future games scheduled.
