After flying high against Greenville on Tuesday, Tippecanoe came back down to earth. The Red Devils lost 8-2 to the Summit Country Day Silver Knights on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for Tippecanoe in their meetings with Summit Country Day: they've now lost four in a row.

Tippecanoe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Summit Country Day, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tippecanoe will head out to square off against Troy at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Summit Country Day, they will venture away from home to face off against Waynesville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
