Tristan Parks Turns in Season-Best Effort

Tristan Parks produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hampton to the win on Thursday. Parks threw for 380 yards and five touchdowns while completing 74.2% of his passes.

The win was the fifth in a row for Hampton, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. Parks and Hampton will take on Ola at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Cayden Hutson Has Career Rushing Day

Ola was led to victory by Cayden Hutson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Hutson rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 52 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Ola pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Their road trip will continue as they head out to face Hampton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Rounding off our Top Five is Mark Howard of Woodland. Howard rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 54 yards.

Woodland's loss was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7. Howard and Woodland will head out to take on McDonough at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
