Volleyball Recap: Barry County Christian Find Success

Barry County Christian's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Marshall Academy Griffons by a score of 2-0. While the Eagles didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-19-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Lillia Hamilton paced Barry County Christian's offense, picking up six kills. Hamilton got some help from Tori Cramer and her four assists.

Barry County Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Marshall Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Barry County Christian has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Tournament Opponent on the 27th. As for Marshall Academy, they will face off against Battle Creek Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
