Basketball Recap: DeRidder Takes a Loss

DeRidder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 37-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Central Hurricanes.

DeRidder's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for North Central, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-12.

DeRidder will host Merryville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Central, they will take on Jennings at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. North Central is facing Jennings at the right time seeing as Jennings is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
