Soccer Recap: East Rutherford Comes Up Short

East Rutherford and Piedmont Community Charter squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but East Rutherford had to settle for second. They came up short against the Patriots, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, East Rutherford can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 279th, while Piedmont Community Charter are ranked 117th).
