 Port St. Joe and North Bay Haven Academy are an even 3-3 against one another  since February of 2015, but likely not for long. The Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks will look to defend their home field  on Saturday against the North Bay Haven Academy Buccaneers at 9:00  a.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Port St. Joe scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They blew past Chiles 17-7.
 Port St. Joe got a  massive  performance out of  Addy Silcox, who  got on base  in all five of her plate appearances with two  runs, a  triple,  and a  stolen base. Silcox is crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   stolen at least one every time she's  taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Elli Newman, who  scored three  runs while going 3-for-4.
 Meanwhile, North Bay Haven Academy came tearing into  last Thursday's  game with four straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 runs) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Dragons as they made off with  a  7-1 win.
  Ally Brady was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  hit, only one  earned run while striking out six over four innings pitched. Brady was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Kaylee Goodpaster, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.  Holly Wade was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Port St. Joe's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for North Bay Haven Academy, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record  this season.
