Soccer Recap: Leeds Comes Up Short

Leeds was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the Pell City Panthers. That's two games in a row now that the Greenwave have lost by exactly four goals.

Leeds now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Pell City, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Leeds will welcome Pinson Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pell City, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Pell City take on the Clay-Chalkville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Clay-Chalkville will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Pell City surely won't give up without a fight.
