After losing to Phelps the last time they met, Elcho decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hornets came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Elcho not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Phelps to exactly 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19.

Elcho's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Phelps, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coincidentally, Elcho and Phelps will both be playing Tigerton the next time they take the court. The Knights will head out to face the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Hornets will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
