Soccer Game Preview: Triton vs. Southern Lee + How To Watch

Triton hasn't had much luck against Southern Lee recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Hawks will take on the Cavaliers at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Triton narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past South Johnston 2-1. The victory continues a trend for Triton in their matchups with South Johnston: they've now won nine in a row.

Randolph Morales-Olvera and Erick Martinez scored both of Triton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Meanwhile, Southern Lee got the win against Western Harnett on Monday by a conclusive 7-1.

Southern Lee's win bumped their record up to 5-9-1. As for Triton, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-9.

Triton came out on top in a nail-biter against Southern Lee in their previous matchup back in September, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hawks since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
