Basketball Recap: Letchworth's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Letchworth had to endure a four-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Wayland-Cohocton Eagles 48-22 on Friday. The Legends have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

The win got Letchworth back to even at 1-1. As for Wayland-Cohocton, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Letchworth will be home for the holidays to greet Pembroke at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wayland-Cohocton, they will head out on the road to square off against Caledonia-Mumford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
